Order Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy
ORDER REFUND, RETURN/ EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION:
If you wish to cancel an order or want a refund, please drop an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of order confirmation.
Please note a 25% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations made after 12 hrs. There is no fee for cancellations made within 12 hrs of placing the order. You can NOT cancel your order once it has been shipped. We will only provide Store Credit for the refund of your cancellation.
Please kindly note, we DO NOT cater for exchanges if you change your mind or are not happy with the product. We DO NOT cater for any RETURNS.
At Indera Boutique, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and provide the best retail shopping experience. We make sure we provide a very personalised support system for our customers to make sure that the product is processed as per their requirements.
If you require any alteration to your outfit after delivery, it will be advisable to get the alterations done from your local tailor as it will be an easier process for you. Sending the product back to us for further alterations is not only time-consuming but also incurs extra charges at your end.
Custom Stitched Outfits
Each and every outfit is designed and tailored to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements/instructions provided by the customer upon order. Our tailors stitch all outfits to perfection according to the given measurements and the end-product is thoroughly inspected to make sure that the outfit has been tailored as per the given measurements. Hence, ill-fitting is NOT a reason for a refund. It is the primary responsibility of the customer to provide accurate measurements. If any issues in regards to tailoring, we will NOT be liable to refund or exchange any custom stitched outfit under any circumstances.
Damages during transit
Before the product leaves our store and reaches the shipping facility, it is thoroughly inspected for any defects or errors by our team. The product is packaged in a way that it reaches you in an excellent condition. If at all a damage occurs to the product while in transit because of the shipping/courier agency, then we will NOT be responsible because it is completely out of our control to monitor how perfectly the product is delivered to your doorstep.
